THE PROCESS

Discovery Phase

During the discovery phase, we will send you our Website Discovery Form and ask you a series of questions about your business and vision for your website. 

 

Together with the completed discovery form, you will send us your brand elements (logo & icon, vision & mission, tagline, colors & fonts, textures, and five images that represent your brand) and if available, your photoshoot pics.

Then, we’ll have a 60-min Zoom session to clarify your needs and remaining questions and discuss any photography needs.

    Do you need more than 6 pages on your website? No problem for us! Simply add one additional page to your website for $250 and tell your customers more about your business.
  • CAN YOU ADD A PRODUCT STORE TO MY WEBSITE?
    Do you want to sell products on your website and create a next-level customer experience? For only $500, we get you started by building a beautiful online store with your first 10 products. Then we provide you with a comprehensive guide as you continue to build your online store; or we can add additional products for only $50 each. Check this store out that we have built for our client:
  • I WANT TO LET MY CLIENTS BOOK APPOINTMENTS AND MAKE PAYMENTS ON MY WEBSITE. CAN YOU ADD AN ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM TO MY WEBSITE?
    Yes, absolutely! If you are already using an appointment scheduling system (e.g. Square), we can brand, adjust and connect it to your new website. The benefit of this approach is that you don't have to sign up for a scheduling system offered by website platforms and spend money on the monthly scheduling plan. If you do not use an appointment scheduling system yet, we will set up a new scheduling system for you and make it possible for your clients to book appointments and make payments on your website. The cost of adding an online booking system to your website is $500. Save time by taking bookings and payments on your website and let customers book, pay, modify, and cancel reservations online on their own.
  • HOW LONG DOES THE WEBSITE DESIGN PROCESS TAKE?
    A website typically takes 8-10 weeks, additional pages may increase the timeline. We ask that your feedback and approval fall within our 48 hour timeline to keep things moving on track.
  • HOW MUCH DOES A WEBSITE COST?
    The price for the basic website page is $1,500. This package includes 6 individual pages (home, about, services, contact, terms & conditions, and privacy policy). You can add as many additional pages as you need to your website for $250 per page. Furthermore, you can add an online store for $500 (for up to 10 products) and an online booking system for $500. If you need to add a blog to your website, please reach out to us for an individual price calculation.
  • WILL I BE ABLE TO EDIT AND UPDATE MY WEBSITE ON MY OWN AFTER YOU HAVE DESIGNED THE WEBSITE?
    Indeed! We build our websites on highly intuitive website platforms so that you can easily edit, add pages, images & videos, update your content and blog, etc. For those of you who need ongoing support and want to focus on the daily business and not on the website maintenance, we do offer a monthly maintenance plan which not only includes website updates but also ongoing SEO optimization.
  • I DON'T HAVE A BRANDING. CAN YOU STILL DESIGN A WEBSITE FOR ME?
    We do ONLY create BRANDED WEBSITES. Therefore, having branding elements is indispensable to take you on board for a website project. If you don't have a branding yet, we can offer you two options: 1. The first option and our recommendation (!) is to get branded by BRAND IT by Iri. Please check out our all-inclusive branding package: 2. If you don't currently have a budget for the full branding package, we do offer a small branding package for our website clients. The small branding package only costs $500, and we help you through the process of choosing: 3-5 brand colors Brand Fonts (heading, subheading, and body) as well as Textures & Imagery *This package does not include logo & icon design, brand identity development (Vision & Mission, Values, Brand Personality, Tagline, Target Audience, Unique Positioning, Brand Objectives), mood board, IG highlight covers, and brand guidelines.
  • CAN YOU TRANSFER MY DOMAIN FROM THE PREVIOUS REGISTRAR AND CONNECT IT TO MY WEBSITE?
    Absolutely! Your domain can either stay with your original domain registrar and we just connect it to your website or you can transfer your domain name to another registrant (e.g. your website hosting platform). We will initiate a change of registrant by contacting your current registrar. Your registrar will then ask for your confirmation via a secure mechanism. We will explain all pros and cons of a domain transfer and make the process as easy as possible for you.
  • DO YOU OFFER WEBSITE MAINTENANCE PACKAGES?
    Yes, we offer an optional monthly site maintenance plan (Standard Website $50, Store $50, Scheduling System $50), giving you total peace of mind that someone else is handling the techy details and letting you focus on growing your business. Our monthly maintenance plan does not only include website updates but also ongoing SEO optimization, marketing banners, special offer pop-ups, etc.
  • I USE SQUARE APPOINTMENTS FOR MY BUSINESS. CAN YOU CONNECT IT TO MY WEBSITE?
    Yes, absolutely! If you are already using an appointment scheduling system (e.g. Square), we can brand, adjust and connect it to your new website.
